It is distributed monthly to all property owners, Club members, local realtors, and other interested parties. Should you advertise your business in the Governors Club Newsletter? The answer is definitely YES, if you would like to reach the 1,200 property owners of an award-winning and vibrant 1,600-acre private community in Chapel Hill, plus an additional 300 key people on the distribution list.
Governors Club residents represent every age group and diverse backgrounds, and most residents are actively involved in Chapel Hill, as well as the Triangle, community activities (see the Community Involvement page).
The newsletter is published monthly and offers color and black & white ads from full pages to smaller classified ads. The Ad Team is more than happy to talk to you about sizes, acceptable formats and costs—including discounts for ad placements of three months and longer. Share news of your business with all Governors Club residents and property owners, as well as other influential parties.

to the issue date (e.g. April 23 for the June issue).
