Governors Club is a beautiful residential Community situated in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. All those who own property within the Governors Club Community are automatically members of the award-winning Governors Club Property Owners Association (GC POA). The purpose of the POA and the rights and responsibilities of its members are described in the Association's Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. The GC POA is a volunteer organization governed by a Board of Directors assisted by professional management provided by Community Association Services.
